CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance or you will be charged 20% of your total service price. This fee also applies to same day cancellations. Late Arrivals: 15 minutes past appointment time you must reschedule and you will also be charged the same day cancellation fee. No exceptions.
